Parking:
Please park on the first level of the Montag Circle parking deck, located on the right side of our building. These spots are marked and reserved for visitors of our office building only. Street parking is also available out front on a first come, first served basis.
From the parking deck:
Follow signs from the parking deck to the main entrance of the Blue Horse, located on the right hand side of the building, under the awning if coming from street parking.
Once through the front doors, take the staircase immediately on your right and head up to the second floor. You can find the entrance to our suite (Suite 220) on your left at the top of the stairs.
Use the code sent by your provider to access the waiting room and help yourself to any beverages, coffee, tea, or snacks on the welcome tables. Have a seat and relax, your therapist bring you back at your set appointment time.

Most therapy sessions are 50 minutes. This provides enough time to explore concerns in depth while maintaining a consistent schedule from week to week.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, as regular meetings help build momentum and support meaningful progress. As therapy goals are achieved, sessions may transition to every other week or monthly for continued support and maintenance

We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, we're happy to provide the documentation needed for you to request reimbursement from your insurance company.

Our fees vary depending on the service and clinician. Individual therapy sessions typically range from $180–$210 per 50-minute session. Group therapy sessions generally range from $70–$80 per session.
We believe in transparent pricing and are happy to answer any questions about fees before you begin. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, we can also provide the documentation needed for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients throughout Georgia. Virtual therapy provides the same thoughtful, personalized care as in-person sessions while offering greater flexibility and convenience.
Our only limitation is that clients must be within the state lines of Georgia during all telehealth sessions, in accordance with Georgia state law.
